Good judicial training practices

Based on a pilot project on European judicial training, which was proposed by the European Parliament in 2012 and executed by the European Commission during the 2013-2014 period, EJTN conducted a thorough study to locate and document good judicial training practices from across Europe.

The good training practices were collected from 23 judicial training organisations across Europe such as national judicial training institutions, the Academy of European Law (ERA), the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) and EJTN.

Each of the resulting 65 good practices, arranged under five themes, present the key features of the good practice, highlight the relevant contact persons for the good practice and provide comments and further analysis about the good practice.

The good practice sheets may be found from the below table, and are also available from the European Commission's e-Justice Portal.
