PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

The seminar will give the opportunity to the practitioners to have an in-depth knowledge and discuss practical issues concerning: European arrest warrant, new regulations on cross-border investigating and prosecution (international cooperation with Great Britain after Brexit, Norway and Island), European Investigation Order and freezing orders. The seminar will also aim to exchange best practices and experience between participants to enable a successful prosecution.

Application procedure: 

All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.

Participation:

Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online  platform to which they receive access.
After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
