Description:
The goal of this training session is to conduct a follow-up on the final study report Lot 1: “Study on Best Practices in training of judges and prosecutors”. This study is based on a comprehensive research to identify empirical process examples of best, good and promising practices in the training of judges and prosecutors across the European Union.
The webinar is meant to explore the changes and development of methods implemented by different national judicial training institutions across Europe and collect and share all best practices which have been adopted in the last few years.

Discussion of similarities and differences between European methods, techniques and the theoretical and practical principles behind these methods.
