Description:
The seminar will offer practical training on how to determine the jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition or refusal of enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters under EU Regulation 1215/2012. Special focus will be given to the procedures and first experiences with the latest developments in Regulation 2015/848 on insolvency proceedings based on CJEU’s case-law.(introductory)
