The conference aims to present an overview of the current and future crime trends and the challenges for the investigations in a digital era.The agenda will include presentations on the fundamental technical and legal concepts related to the cybercrime and the e-evidence, tackling specific topics such as: - Investigation techniques- Collecting electronic evidence located in foreign jurisdictions- New data types and their use as evidence- Current and future threats and crime trends- Online child sexual exploitation;- Profiling the cybercriminal;- Human rights challenges in the digital age.
The conference will blend theoretical presentations with a practical approach, with emphasis on the interaction between the participants aiming at identifying and promoting best practices.
Open to judges and prosecutors
All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.
Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online platform to which they receive access.
After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
