TRAINING CONTENT AND TARGET AUDIENCE

 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

Day-and-a-half training comprised of three consecutive half-day workshop sessions.

Participants to this event will follow a pre-course online training on the principles and sources of European environmental law and will devote their time in-training to the discussion of practical cases on selected issues in this field. All workshop sessions will be led by experienced practitioners and trainers, who will guide the selected judges and prosecutors through the course of their work.

The training will serve as a forum for the exchange of knowledge and best practices between judges and prosecutors from across the EU. 

Target audience: 

Administrative and civil law law judges from all EU Member ates
