Course Description

This seminar will provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the waste-related crimes which have raised major concerns in recent years. Emphasis will be given to the EU legislation and case law relating to waste offences and crimes, the relationship between criminal and administrative law provisions for these crimes as well as the main challenges for investigation, prosecution and adjudication in this field

ERA will reimburse the travel expenses after the event on presentation of the original receipts up to a maximum of 450 EUR. Participants are responsible for booking their own travel, choosing the most economic travel option that is available.


Accommodation for 3 nights will be booked and paid directly by ERA.


2 lunches will be offered by ERA. Hotel accommodation includes breakfast.
