The purpose of the training is to maintain and develop the professional skills of the personnel of the courts and the judicial administration. The aim is not only heightened individual competence but also better functioning work methods and work communities.
During the past years, special focus has been placed on the implementation of reforms and changes of different types. For this purpose, the Ministry of Justice has educated trainers to carry out the training in their own fields.
The Training Unit of the Ministry of Justice has a staff of seven.
Travel and accommodation costs of participants are paid by the units.
