Institut National de la Magistrature
The National Institute of Magistracy is a public institution with legal personality, placed under the coordination of the Superior Council of the Magistracy, and which handles the initial training of judges and prosecutors, the in-service training of active judges and prosecutors, as well as the training of trainers, according to the law.
The National Institute of Magistracy shall not be part of the national education system and it shall be not subject to the legal provisions in force regarding the accreditation of superior education institutions and the recognition of diplomas.
The premises of the National Institute of Magistracy shall be located in the City of Bucharest.
