Feedback

The Exchange Programme is evaluated through the reports and evaluation surveys that participants and tutors are asked to complete after the exchange.

Part of the reports are published on our website in order to diffuse informations on the proposed exchanges within the different hosting institutions. These reports are available and arranged  by hosting institution within the section dedicated to partners.

 


The analysis of evaluation surveys show that the Exchange Programme is highly appreciated by participants. The experience allows them not only to develop contacts with other European members of the judiciary but also to improve their understanding of a judicial legal system different from their own as well as their language skills.

 

A German judge on exchange in Italy wrote:  “To see that, despite all our differences, the job of an Italian judge isn’t that much different from that of a German judge, and that everyone in their daily practice try to solve judicial and social problems in compliance with the rule of law, allows following the European ideal”.

Acoording to an Italian judge on exchange in Bulgaria: "The exchange helped me comprehend that the Bulgarian legal system and criminal procedure is really very similar to the Italian one. This is why I now have a greater trust in the Bulgarian system, in their sentences and, of course, in the possibility to cooperate with this country’s (very committed and extremely competent) judiciary”.
