Except for bilateral exchanges, all applications must be submitted through the Exchange Programme online application form: https://exp-platform.ejtn.eu/ For bilateral exchanges between courts/prosecution offices of the EU MS, interested courts/prosecutors’ offices are invited to submit a proposal for such an exchange through their national institutions. How is the selection made? Applicants are preselected by the EJTN Member and partner institutions in each Member State. Applications of preselected applicants are then sent to the EJTN secretariat who proceeds to their allocation according to the available places in the participating countries and hosting institutions.
