The Exchange Programme 2019 is now open for applications. Deadline to apply: 14 December 2018 The call covers the following activities: 1. Short-term exchanges in the courts/prosecution offices/training institutions of the EU MS - General exchanges for judges/prosecutors;- Specialised exchanges for specialized judges/prosecutors;- Exchanges for court presidents and chief prosecutors;- Exchanges for judicial trainers;- Bilateral exchanges between two courts/prosecution offices 2. Long-term training periods at Eurojust, the CJEU and the ECtHR How to apply? Except for bilateral exchanges, all applications must be submitted through the Exchange Programme online application form: https://ejtn-exchange.azurewebsites.net/ by 14 December 2018. For bilateral exchanges between courts/prosecution offices of the EU MS, interested courts/prosecutors’ offices are invited to submit a proposal for such an exchange through their national institutions. Applicants are preselected by the EJTN Member and partner institutions in each Member State. Applications of preselected applicants are then sent to the EJTN secretariat who proceeds to their allocation according to the available places in the participating countries and hosting institutions.
