PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

The goal of this new seminar under the offer of the EJTN Administrative Law Portfolio is to provide participants with knowledge and insight in the relation between the various levels of International and European Migration Law and their impact on individuals and their family rights including social security issues.

Participants to this day-and-half event will devote their time to get introduced to the analysis of practical cases covering the main EU Policy and Legislation on legal migration, including admission of immigrants for labour migration end especially family reunification issues; the rights of EU workers and citizens and of third-country nationals in the EU, and their integration in European societies. A session on irregular migration and on regularisation of Third Countries Nationals will be also covered. 

This training seeks to operate as a platform for the exchange of knowledge and best practices among colleagues, the creation of judicial cooperation and understanding and the debate of key developments in this field.

Target audience: 

Primarily Level for Administrative /Civil Judges/Prosecutors

 All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution

Participation:

upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN On-line Platform to which they recieve access. After the event, reimbursment is processed via EJTN on-line platform.
