PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

This day-and-a-half seminar aims to provide judges from the EU Member States with a basic training course on the application of Articles 101 and 102 of the TFEU and enable them to understand the concepts of Antitrust provisions and to get the knowledge needed for a proper use of the basic EU legal provisions on Antitrust.

Participants will learn by doing as they are guided through the case-law examples that best illustrate the comprehensive analytical framework for applying the above-mentioned articles.

The training will cover also features related to the new challenges for national judges such as the breakthroughs and pitfalls of the Damage Directive and the analysis of antitrust enforcement in digital market.

The Seminar also serves as a forum for the exchange of views and the practices.  

Target audience: 

Primarily Level for Administrative /Commercial Judges/Prosecutors
