PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

 
The training event will cover the following topics: 1) Overview of the European Union VAT legislation; 2) Summary of the relevant case-law developed by the European Court of Justice (ECJ); 3) The impact of the ECJ judgements on national legal systems; 4) The underlying rationale behind the judgments of the ECJ and the European Union VAT legislation. The lecture will be held by Prof. Dr. Joachim Englisch, from the University of Münster. 

Target audience: 

Open to judges and prosecutors

All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.

Participation:

Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online  platform to which they receive access.
After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
