TRAINING CONTENT AND TARGET AUDIENCE

 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

One day-and-a-half training comprised of three consecutive half-day workshop sessions. One of the sessions will focus on study cases.

The workshop aims at providing judges already dealing with competition cases with a deeper knowledge of the following topics: judicial review on antitrust decisions, the relationships between Competition Law and Sector Specific Regulation, digital economy, competititon, innovation and inequalities, public and private antitrust enforcement, state aids.

Speakers are experts practitioners and trainers who will present their report on the selected issues according to a legal and economic perspective.

Target audience: 

 Administrative and Civil Law judges from all Member States with experience in EU Competition Law.

 

Application Process: 

 All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution

Partecipation:

Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN On-Line Platform to which they receive access. After the event, reimbursment is processed via EJTN On-line Platform.
