The seminar objectives are: identification and debate on controversial and/or complex issues; exchange of national experiences on cooperation with courts from other Member States; discussing possible solutions for the enhancement of European cooperation in the application of the EAW.
For this seminar NIM is covering accommodation and meals for all the participants. International transport will remain in the charge of each participant.
