This training will provide an update of recent scientific research on 3 aspects of juvenile delinquency:
- its origins (family and school factors, the dynamics of peer groups, the question of gangs, the characteristics of “sensitive zones"
- its institutional handling (from apprehension to judicial decision and its implementation)
- its forms and their evolution over the last 20 years
Drawing on research conducted by CESDIP and its scientific networks, this training will also look at the work done by our European neighbours.
