Course Description

Context:
With the creation of international courts and the International Criminal Tribunal, international criminal justice has become a reality. 
This session will recall the notions of international criminal law and the main offences prosecuted, the international criminal authorities and their functions. 
 
It will also cover the political aspects of international criminal law.
