The seminar is organised in collaboration with Association of European Administrative Judges (AEAJ) and it is dedicated to judges specialized in environmental law.
The seminar aims to generate a debate on matters concerning technical questions and scope of judicial review in the environmental cases.
A special emphasis will be laid on interactive debates, free expression of opinions and the presentation of the national experience.
For this seminar NIM is covering accommodation and meals for all the participants. International transport will remain in the charge of each participant.
