Course Description

 The seminar is open to judges and prosecutors specialized in this field. The participants will debate problems relating to: Electronic Communications/Internet, Ecommerce shops/platforms/online payment systems, Digital evidence/electronic search and seizure/special means of investigation, different types of most common fraud schemes, basic collection of computer forensic evidence relevant to electronic commerce investigations, technical means of prevention of cybercrime, practical aspects concerning the prosecution of cybercrime cases.

A special emphasis will be laid on interactive debates, free expression of opinions and the presentation of the national experience concerning each topic.

For this seminar NIM is covering accommodation and meals for all the participants. International transport will remain in the charge of each participant.
