This course deals with (the fight against) corruption. Apart from Dutch law and practice, foreign law, such as the FCPA en de UK Bribery Act will be examined. The course deals with white collar and non-white collar corruption, how to investigate and how to prosecute corruption cases. The course is open to experienced members of the Public Prosecution Service and of the Judiciary
