Course Description

Legal language training and knowledge of the French and English legal systems and their corresponding laws, all prove to be of special interest to European judges wishing to create a common European legal culture. In particular, for judges who have to ensure the correct and fast management of disputes with cross-border dimensions and international judicial cooperation with the above-mentioned countries.

Judging by the significant growth of judicial procedures requiring such assistance, there is an increasing urgency for such training to be improved.
