Course Description

The course provides essential references on the relationship between the Court of Justice of the European Union and national courts. In this sense, not only its theoretical knowledge on the preliminary reference essential but its practical use. The activity takes place among judges from different countries in a common language (English, Spanish or French), in workshops under the direction of secretaries of the Court. These workshops are held in the Region of Murcia. The target will be the study of the main principles on application of Community law from an eminently practical perspective.

Financial terms: Participants will receive up to 350 € as travel-expenses allowance (home address-Murcia and Murcia-home address. The organisation will cover board and lodging expenses for the participants in Murcia.

Language level: A good command of the language of the chosen course is necessary (Spanish, English or French); candidates will undergo a language test to have their language levels certified.
